A California native, Tracy has lived throughout Los Angeles, from Hidden Hills to the Hollywood Hills. Growing up as the daughter of Ronald Tutor (Tutor Perini), one of the country’s most successful civil and building contractors, she was introduced to real estate at an early age. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she spent nearly three years working in her father’s firm before making the bold transition into residential real estate—a move that has led to an extraordinary career.

Now expanding her reach into the Texas market, Tracy brings her expertise, high-level connections, and unmatched work ethic to a new clientele.
