Westwood / Century City is a district in Western Los Angeles. It is bordered by Bel-Air, Century City, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. It is adjacent to the 405 San Diego freeway and the 10 Santa Monica freeway. Westwood is probably best known as the home for the UCLA Bruins and the area also has a large student population. Westwood Village is a busy shopping center with diverse dining options, nightlife, beautiful vintage theaters, and high-rise office towers surrounding it.

The Wilshire Corridor located on a stretch of Wilshire Blvd. that cuts through Westwood are home to one of the highest concentration of luxury high-rise condominiums on the Westside. Many buildings are full-service and offer residents valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge, and other luxury amenities. South of Wilshire Blvd. Westwood is made up of quaint residential tree-lined streets. Westwood’s close proximity to businesses, entertainment, and schools make it a highly desirable area of the Westside.
